Walk parks and trails with us and your friends. This walking program will include a 30-45 minute walk with stops for snacks and drinks. Walkers will meet at State Street Center before the walk.

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of motion, and improve activities for daily living. A chair will be used for seated exercises as well as standing support.

This class focuses on core strength for balance, stretching for flexibility, and mind & body relaxation. All poses are performed in a chair or standing using the chair for added support. All levels welcome.
