  2. The City of Oldsmar Issues Annual ATM Business Tax Receipts based on the amount of ATM machines. Pursuant to Section 62-77: Local business tax schedule:
    Upon application and presentation of all applicable state, county and municipal permits and licenses, inspections may be made by the appropriate city department prior to the issuance of any local business tax receipt. Upon approval by all appropriate departments after such inspections, the local business tax receipt shall be issued by the city manager or his designee. Each receipt issued shall cover only one location, and only one of the occupations or business classifications set out in this section unless otherwise permitted under this article. The city reserves the right to inspect the business premises of any local business tax receipt holders business operation.
  4. The amounts assessed as local business taxes against the various trades, businesses and professions in the city are hereby fixed per annum, unless otherwise specified (e.g., half-year taxes), as follows:
    ATM machine, if not located in bank, per machine . . . $100.00
