Our 2017 Ceremony features Keynote Speaker is Dr. Candice Stewart-Sabin, Ph. D.
Our singer is local Largo firefighter and opera singer - Nolan Marshall.

Dr. Stewart-Sabin has a spouse, David and 4 sons and 1 deceased.  Three of her sons were combat veterans and has a grandson that finished 2 tours in Afghanistan who is currently separating from the Army due to wounds sustained from an IED.  

Dr. Stewart-Sabin is licensed in Florida as a clinical psychologist and recently retired from the Veterans Administration where she worked as a clinical psychologist serving combat stress, traumatic brain injury, and chronically mentally ill veterans.   Upon her retirement she co-created with Frank Chicolla and aided in the development of the Vet 2 Vet Reconnect Inc. for veterans where she currently serves on the board as the Co-Chairman. Dr. Stewart-Sabin has dedicated her career in providing treatment and advocacy for Veterans and American Indians in Florida, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
