Ready to torch calories while jamming out? 

Cardio Drumming provides a great workout that combines the use of drumming exercises with music to provide an enjoyable form of cardio. You'll use drumsticks to strike your "drum" while following choreography that follows upbeat and energetic music. Have no fear though if you have no rhythm in your feet. You’ll break a sweat while rocking’ out.
