Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment hears variance requests to the City Code of Ordinances.

Meetings for the Board of Adjustment are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Meetings start promptly at 6:00 p.m. and are held on the 2nd Floor of the Oldsmar Council Chamber, located at 101 State Street West in Oldsmar.

The public can speak during Citizens Open Forum, for 5 minutes each. Meetings are live streamed on the City's YouTube Channel and recorded for future viewing opportunities.
