Planning Board

The Planning Board makes recommendations to the City Council on site plans, rezoning requests, land use amendments and the land use plan.

Meetings for the Planning Board are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Meetings start promptly at 6:30 p.m. and are held on the 2nd Floor of the Oldsmar Council Chamber, located at 101 State Street West in Oldsmar.  

The public can speak during Citizens Open Forum, for 5 minutes each. Meetings are live streamed on the City's YouTube Channel and recorded for future viewing opportunities.
