    Join the City of Oldsmar as we host an Artist Reception & Exhibit Opening for Fringe Creatives with Teri Navajo Art! Admission is FREE with plenty of local art for sale. Light refreshments will be served. About Fringe Creatives - Teri Navajo began Fringe Creatives as a way to marry local artists and businesses by offering artwork that is frequently rotated throughout their locations. In 2017, Fringe Creatives showcased over 2,000 pieces of local artwork and helped local artists find a place to shine and sell their work.
