Duties & Responsibilities
The City Manager’s office has many functions, including:
  • Responsibility for proposing and studying policy decisions for City Council
  • Administration of policy set forth by City Council
  • Overall supervision and monitoring of City departments
  • Searching out new sources of funding for departmental operations
  • Ensuring proper administration of departmental funding and operations
  • Oversight of Communications and Marketing
  • Coordination of grant activities among departments
