CITIZENS’ OPEN FORUM: (Each speaker will be recognized once and will be limited to a five (5) minute presentation on any subject that is not on the agenda. Citizens’ Open Forum will conclude at 7:30 p.m. If any speaker has not been heard at the conclusion of the 30 minute Open Forum, they will be given an opportunity to speak at the end of the Council meeting.)

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, Agency or Council with respect to any matter discussed at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings and for such purposes, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Florida Statute 286.0105. Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City. Arrangements should be made with an outside agency (i.e., court reporter) in advance to obtain a verbatim transcript.
