High Intensity Interval Training. What this is, is a program where you work steady for two minutes have just enough of a break to get read for the next set. The break is not usually longer than 30 seconds. This is designed for people that have exercised or currently exercise and feel the basic class isn't challenging enough.

    The City of Oldsmar is once again partnering with Empower Adventures Tampa Bay to offer a Spooktacular Family Event - Halloween Happenings! The annual Costume Contest is open to children ages 12 and under; registration will begin at 5 pm and the Contest starts at 6 pm. Participants will be judged based on age groups 2 & under, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12. The Spooky Walking Path will open at 7 pm and bounce houses will be on-site. This portion is free and open to the public. Sorry, no pets are permitted at this event. Empower Adventures Tampa Bay will be offering 'Zip & Repel' programs from 6-9 pm during this event for $10 per person. Age & weight restrictions are 7 years old & up and 70 pounds minimum.
